EXPLORE

The first thing that cam e to my mind at this prompt was the way children explore which made me think about my childhood. So I associated the word explore with my childhood memories, and what a fascinating world it was for me. I was a real country girl, a bit of a loner, I suppose, always out exploring with my dog or on my horse.
So this prompted me to do this blended scrap page.

This is a challenge I decided to do, as I love interpreting words, and giving them my own definition. And when I saw the wonderful art of my fellow bloggers, I was even more inspired. Because it has taken me so long to get this blog set up, I am way behind. I also need to thank my sister, Bon, who got me going with all of this.

My first Blog

Well, this is my very first post on my new blog. This is still all very new to me. It took me about 2 weeks just to figure our how to insert my header! I am a real fool when it comes to technical things.
Just want to give credit to Anja for the beautiful kit "Pinky Flowers" I used in my header.

I mainly got this blog going for posting challenges for my various scrap and arty groups.I am hoping this is going to be an incentive to really get involved more.
