New CU and retiring goodies, diets and LO's!!

After a quiet weekend for a change I started the new week off with a bang!!! I hate to admit it but I have put on 10kg's (I think that's about 20lbs) in the last year. Ok, so I have an under active thyroid, but that is no excuse for doing absolutely no exercise!! So today I managed 15 minutes of treadmill and a few minutes of weights on our home gym equipment. I would like to go to the gym again but I think I would drop dead after a few minutes, so I am getting a bit fit at home first. I took some before pics too, but I will only show those to you after I have lost these 10Kg's!! I actually tried a while ago to loose weight, but managed to put on another 3kgs instead!!! (watch my ticker at the bottom of my blog!!)

Fabulous Friday - and a QP freebie

This week seems to have flown, only 3 real working days as we had holidays on Monday and Tuesday! Hoping fro a quiet weekend for a change!You may have heard that my sister Bonnie of Bonnie van Esch Designs is no longer going to be selling her designs. She has a fantastic sale on at ESS for the rest of the month, and then her designs will be no more, so this is your last chance!

I discovered a new site the other day, Digiridoo Scraps, and with it a fabulous challenge - Design Me This - where we are given a freebie to dowload along with a design challenge. I have never used brushes to make my own papers, and learnt so much from this month's challenge, great freebie too (CU goodies) .
