Long time no blog!

I haven't blogged in almost a month!! I have just been soooo busy with getting my house back in order. The kitchen is basically finished and I have moved everything back, but there are still a few touch ups and fixes to be done, so I won't show you the finished product just yet. The bathroom is a disaster, the vanity was the incorrect size and the tiler did a terrible job and we had to lift everything off. They will only be back next week to hopefully redo everything. I also spruced up Mark's bar as an anniversary pressie for him (26 years on 12 April!) He loves it.

Monty had to have eye surgery about 2 weeks ago, he developed Cherry Eye in one of his eyes (the tear gland popped out) it is not painful, just irritating and looks terrible. He is back to being his gorgeous self.(4 months old now)

Cherye my daughter had a hair make over (one of her many!) she is now a red head! I love it!Some new goodies by my favourite designers!

Almost there!

Our kitchen is almost done, but I am so disappointed as the fitter made such a stupid mistake with 10 of the doors, he did not center the handles- on all of them, and only realized after he had done them all, you can see it on the photo below!And the brand new extractor fan does not work! So his mistake will cost him, and I will have to wait another week for the new doors to be made and installed!But otherwise I am completely ecstatic with the way its turning out!
And we started on the family bathroom a few days ago, we had no choice as all the pipes had rusted in the walls and were leaking, so the plumbing has to be completely redone as well. This is an old house we bought on auction 11 years ago for a song.
